Is cooking an art? As part of a summer series at Marble Collegiate Church, one of the oldest churches in the country, I spoke with Rev. Kirsty DePree about the spiritual gains from weight loss, cooking, and how that influences my art -- and my guests, who were all served Cinnamon-Curried Chicken with two different mostardas. Many of my lectures can't be filmed to protect the confidentiality of the obese, so I was happy this one could. Watch here.
